Job Type : Full Time Location : Orlando Florida Pay : Competitive Pay & Benefits! Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Handle commercial litigation and/or fiduciary litigation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with clients.
  • Timely report to clients the progress of their cases.
  • Accurately timely and ethically record your time for billing.
  • Work to improve the firm and your work environment.

Experience you will need:

  • 3 years of commercial litigation and/or fiduciary litigation experience.
  • Probate administration and estate planning experience is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Responsive to clients via phone and email.
  • Technologically confident comfortable using case management systems.
  • Knowledge of Caret/ZolaSuite is a plus.
  • Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
