IT Staffing Assessment
- The Consultant shall conduct a comprehensive analysis of current IT staffing levels roles and responsibilities.
- Evaluate staff skill sets against current and anticipated technology needs.
- Assess workload distribution across the IT department.
- Review staff utilization rates and identify areas of over or under-allocation.
- Evaluate the current organizational structure of the IT department and its effectiveness.
- Assess recruitment retention and succession planning strategies.
- Review professional development and training programs for IT staff.
- Benchmark staffing levels and structure against comparable government agencies.
- Evaluate the use of contractors and consultants versus full-time employees.
- Assess staff satisfaction and engagement within the IT department.
