Job Description
Title: Data Center Operations Lead
Location: Malta NY or Burlington VT (On-site)
Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension)

Role Overview:
- Lead the data center tower ensuring flawless server (Windows/Unix) and infrastructure operations - covering racking stacking cabling patching upgrades migrations and Level 3 support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day data center operations including racking/stacking cabling and system availability
- Manage server environments (Windows preferred) and Level 3 systems administration tasks (BMR PSX patching)
- Handle OS/migration projects and vulnerability remediation
- Coordinate teams technicians and vendors; manage ticketing systems and SLAs
- Uphold compliance and safety standards in physical environments
Qualifications:
- 10 years in data center or server operations; strong leadership history
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Unix racking/cabling patching upgrades
- Skilled in ticketing systems vendor management and disaster recovery
- Bachelors in CS/IT or equivalent
