Title: Database Tower Lead (DB2 LUW)
Location: Malta NY or Burlington VT (On-site)

Role Overview:
- Driver of the DB2 LUW database tower handling administration upgrades performance tuning DR patches migrations and SLA management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer DB2 LUW environments on Unix/Linux installation patching backups recovery
- Lead upgrades fixpack application OS migrations replication disaster recovery planning/testing
- Provide performance tuning capacity planning on call support and client coordination
- Mentor DBA team and set DB standards/governance
Qualifications:
- 10 years in DB2 LUW administration with leadership experience
- In-depth knowledge of replication HADR DR performance tuning shell scripting automation
- Strong troubleshooting and backup/recovery expertise
- Bachelor s in CS/IT or equivalent
