**BLS ACLS required
**2 MS/Tele/Ortho experience required
Scrubs- Dark Navy Blue
Patient Ratio - 6:1
EMR - MEDHOST
- TRAVELERS SUBMITTED WITHOUT THE NECESSARY INFORMATION OR REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REJECTED
- MUST INCLUDE PERMANENT HOME ADDRESS AND SS# ON THE SUBMISSION
- TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM FACILITY
