Position Overview:
The Client is seeking an experienced RSA Archer Administrator to lead the customization configuration and management of its RSA Archer implementation. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement scalable secure and efficient Archer solutions. This role involves managing out-of-the-box use cases advising on customizations integrating data feeds and ensuring optimal platform functionality across development test and production environments.
This is a hands-on technical role that requires expertise in Archer application development administration and governance as well as strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Customize and configure RSA Archer 6.x applications based on stakeholder requirements and best practices.
Develop test and deploy Archer applications using RSA Archer packaging mechanisms across multiple environments.
Advise stakeholders on when to utilize out-of-the-box use cases versus developing On-Demand Applications (ODAs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform capabilities with agency needs.
Create and manage data feeds dashboards iViews reports and advanced workflows.
Integrate Archer with LDAP/Active Directory for user provisioning and role assignments.
Provide day-to-day Archer platform support including troubleshooting issue resolution and request management.
Maintain platform security and performance while adhering to FISMA NIST and internal compliance standards.
Convert business processes into Archer applications with well-documented technical designs.
Develop support documentation and lead training for Archer users across the agency.
Required Skills (Ranked by Importance):
6 years of experience designing developing and deploying advanced RSA Archer solutions and components
Strong background in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
Proven experience supporting production Archer environments in multi-tier architectures
In-depth experience with:
Advanced Workflows
Dashboards
Data Feeds
iViews
Reports
Use Case Configuration
Ability to translate complex business requirements into Archer applications
Self-directed with strong organizational skills and minimal oversight
Experience with regulatory standards such as FISMA NIST and data privacy policies
Knowledge of Healthcare and HIPAA compliance standards
5 years of experience in information security risk management or compliance roles
Familiarity with compliance reporting frameworks and methodologies
Project management experience or certifications is a plus
Education & Certifications:
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field
(or an equivalent combination of education and 5 years of Archer administration experience)

RSA Archer Certified Associate
RSA Archer Certified Professional
