Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Buffalo-Niagara Falls Area NY
Job Type: Full-Time Permanent
We are seeking a driven and goal-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team in the Buffalo-Niagara Falls area. The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced results-driven environment. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships generating and qualifying leads and closing sales opportunities to help drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities-
Proactively source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails

Prepare for prospecting calls with thorough research on company background and lead relevance

Identify customer buying patterns and trends; deliver regular feedback and reports to management

Accurately enter update and maintain CRM records including leads prospects and sales opportunities

Proven sales experience preferably in a B2B environment

Strong business acumen and ability to build and maintain business-to-business relationships

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
