Job Summary:
This position is for a CT Technologist working a weekend block schedule. The role requires floating between units and involves performing various imaging procedures. The technologist will work a 1:1 patient ratio.
This position is for a CT Technologist working a weekend block schedule. The role requires floating between units and involves performing various imaging procedures. The technologist will work a 1:1 patient ratio.
Location: Portland Oregon United States
Responsibilities:
- Performing CT scans and related procedures.
- Maintaining and cleaning equipment.
- Patient interaction and preparation.
- Adhering to safety protocols.
- Charting and documentation.
- Floating between units as needed.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Current certification as a CT Technologist.
- Current BLS certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in operating CT scanning equipment.
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience in a short-term acute care hospital setting.
- Experience with Epic charting system.

Special Considerations:
- Weekend work is required (Friday Saturday Sunday).
- Block scheduling is utilized.
- No on-call requirements.
- 48-hour work approval is not available.
- 1:1 patient ratio.
