Collaborate with stakeholders (including business users technical teams and senior management) to collect and define business requirements goals and objectives.
Analyze existing business processes identify areas for improvement and create clear and comprehensive documentation to outline processes and workflows.
Work with cross-functional teams to design business solutions that align with company objectives and meet stakeholder needs.
Utilize data analysis tools to extract analyze and interpret business data. Prepare detailed reports and visualizations to support decision-making processes.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and project teams to ensure timely delivery of business solutions. Assist in project management activities including risk identification change management and project timelines.
Support the testing phase of business systems and software applications by creating test cases conducting testing and ensuring the solution meets business requirements.
Continuously evaluate business processes and systems identifying opportunities for improvements automation and efficiencies.
