Job Description:
As a Business Analyst at Midwestern IT you will play a crucial role in analysing business needs identifying solutions and optimizing our processes and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement strategies that improve performance and support business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs challenges and opportunities.
Gather and document detailed business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends patterns and insights for strategic decision-making.
Work with cross-functional teams (IT development QA product) to ensure solutions meet business goals.
Develop and maintain documentation including business process models use cases user stories and test cases.
Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support project implementation.
Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and performance.
Prepare reports and presentations for management and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems Computer Science or related field.
0 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
