Job Title : Oracle CRM Integration Lead with Genesys Cloud
Job Type : C2C / W2
Experience : 7 15 years
Location : San Jose California (On-site)
Mandatory Skills:
- 5 years with Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow).
- 3 years with Genesys Cloud CX (IVR ACD digital).
- Strong telephony integration (VoIP SIP PBX).
- Excellent communication and leadership.
- Experience in cross-functional enterprise environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Oracle and Genesys certifications.
- Scripting knowledge (JavaScript PHP).
- Middleware tools (MuleSoft OIC).
- Reporting tools (Oracle BI Genesys analytics).
Responsibilities:
- Lead onsite CRM initiatives involving Oracle Service Cloud (OSC) configuration customization and integration with Genesys Cloud CX.
- Act as the primary liaison between business users technical teams and vendors for CRM and contact center-related efforts.
- Drive seamless integration between OSC Genesys Cloud CX and enterprise telephony systems (SIP IVR call routing).
- Translate business requirements into scalable system designs workflows and customer service logic.
- Configure OSC workspaces workflows rules and service queues to align with service goals.
- Oversee design and implementation of Genesys Architect flows and omnichannel routing strategies.
- Troubleshoot CRM and contact center platform issues and drive continuous improvements.
- Manage data synchronization between Oracle Service Cloud and external systems (e.g. ERP Knowledge Base).
- Provide training and mentoring to client-side users and IT teams on system usage and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA.
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
