Job Title : Senior Business Continuity Planning(BCP) and Disaster Recovery(DR) Management Analyst
Job Type : W2 / C2C
Experience : 8-22 Years
Location : San Jose California
Responsibilities:
- 4 years in enterprise resiliency or business continuity.
- Strong technical background (infrastructure cloud SaaS storage).
- Skilled in data analysis visualization and project management.
- Experience with BCM tools (e.g. Fusion Framework) preferred.
- Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and situational awareness.
- Relevant certifications (CBCP MBCP CRISC) are a plus.
- Certified Business Continuity
- Professional (CBCP) MBCP Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) or related is preferred.
- Develop DR strategies for new product releases ensuring compliance.
- Collaborate with IT Engineering and Product teams to define resilience requirements.
- Embed resiliency into digital transformation cloud migration and automation initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate DR exercises simulations and training across teams.
- Identify gaps and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Support product certification audits (SOC2 ISO 27001) and DR architecture.
- Conduct BIAs and TIAs; provide dedicated support for resiliency tools.
- Track metrics report improvements and stay current on BC/DR standards.
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
