Job Description

R-128748 Senior Network Engineer KVB N/W -Hyderabad Level 2 N/ W : Mandatory : with CCNP global certification mandatory Configurations of all N/W devices ( CISCO / Nexus Switches / TACACS/ Load Balancer / Versa -SDWAN) Core devices Implementation and attending the P1 & P2 tickets from L1 team Addressing network issues on Routing Switching and configurations Escalating the issues to OEM when it could not be resolved. Analyse approve and provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any critical incidents Handling SR - P1 & P2 tickets and day to day operations calls Support / Solution providing to other stakeholders during Implementations Load balancer / TACACS / NetFlow configuration management and troubleshoot Core device IOS version upgradation VLAN configuration Port Trunking Inter VALAN configuration Preparing Drill Document & drill executing & switch back Maintain Information security Risk register and follow till the closure of risks in agreed timelines Managing monitoring and Troubleshooting Versa SDWAN devices
