Job Description
Role : Trainee Chemical Engineer / Assistant Chemical Engineer
Department - Process Safety
Responsibili$es include:
Work on support tasks for the Hyderabad Engineering Process Safety Group by gathering process safety informaon and dra. isometrics for evaluang various equipment across global sites by coordinang with internal team and manufacturing personnel.
Evaluate potenal overpressure and vacuum scenarios perform line sizing and relief load calculaons for new and exisng relief devices (PSV RD and conservaon vents).
Evaluate and document the simple relief calculaons as a complete package using in-house tools.
Prepare relief load summary document and Relief device datasheets.
Material and Energy Balance Calculaon as per the process requirement to design the adequate relief systems.
Work to enhance safety and protecon of the environment through overall relief project development.

Required Qualifications/Job Requirements:
Masters or bachelors degree in chemical engineering from accredited university or college.
Fresher 2023 or 2024 passed out up to 2 yrs. of experienced candidates from Process Engineering Project Design Engineering Process Safety design and technical services background are preferred.
Knowledge on Chemical engineering processes and operaons.
Brief understanding of process flow diagrams piping and instrumentaon diagrams and equipment layouts.
Must have strong interpersonal communicaon collaboraon and consultaon skills. This posion will interact with personnel from all departments/organizaons.
Must have the ability to communicate effecvely through verbal and wri$en means and able to adapt communicaon to best reach the intended audience within or outside the organizaon.
Working knowledge of Microso. Office programs.
Internship/Apprenceship experience in a chemical plant is an add-on.
