Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to oversee end-to-end HR operations and drive service excellence across a national network of centres. The role entails designing and scaling operational processes ensuring compliance building strong teams and delivering business results across people and performance metrics. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of HR systems and service delivery operations with the ability to execute at scale across geographies.

Key Responsibilities: HR Operations & People Management:
  • Oversee end-to-end HR operational processes including onboarding confirmations transfers exits and full & final settlements

  • Drive accuracy and compliance in payroll benefits administration employee documentation and statutory requirements

  • Lead implementation and optimization of HRMS platforms (e.g. Workday SAP Darwinbox Oracle) ensuring high data integrity and automation

  • Develop and standardize HR policies SOPs and governance frameworks in alignment with business and legal requirements

  • Publish HR dashboards and reports related to headcount attrition compliance and operational metrics to support business decisions

  • Lead and mentor the HR operations team to ensure effective service delivery consistency and process excellence

  • Manage relationships with vendors for payroll background verification HR tools and compliance-related services

Centre Operations & Service Delivery:
  • Lead operations across all centres ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning service quality and operational efficiency

  • Build train and guide a strong regional operations team; ensure accountability ownership and capability development

  • Implement consistent SOPs operational standards and quality benchmarks across centres to ensure uniformity

  • Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining service excellence and customer-centricity

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and business discussions with consultants centre managers and operational teams
