About the job

As a Solution Architect for Digital HR youll play a key role in shaping and delivering the technical design of HR technology solutions across Kantar. Reporting to the Product Manager for Digital HR youll work closely with HR professionals IT engineering teams business analysts and external partners to ensure our HR platforms are scalable secure and aligned with business needs. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of solutions by our 3rd party partner and assuring the service they deliver ongoing. This role is part of the Enterprise Digital Solutions department within the Group Technology function and supports the delivery of modern user-centric services that enhance the colleague experience and drive operational efficiency.

This role directly supports Kantars global technology transformationour most ambitious to dateby helping modernise and integrate HR systems as part of a cloud-native automated and data-driven technology landscape. Youll contribute to building a more agile and responsive digital infrastructure that underpins our ambition to become a global data and analytics powerhouse.

Job Goals

  • Design and document scalable secure and supportable architecture for HR technology solutions including Workday and related platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager and delivery teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and assure service delivery.
  • Support the integration of HR systems with other enterprise platforms ensuring data consistency and process automation.
  • Contribute to the development of the Digital HR roadmap by identifying technical opportunities and risks.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure architectural decisions are reflected in sprint planning and delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging HR technologies and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with Kantars technology risk and cyber security standards.

Ideal Skills & Capabilities

  • Experience designing or implementing enterprise HR systems such as Workday SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of system integration patterns APIs and data flows in a cloud-based environment.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical architecture and articulate trade-offs in a business case.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methods working in cross-functional teams and managing delivery through a third party outsource arrangement.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems using data and structured thinking.
  • Experience in product management and a customer centric approach to design.
