Job Description: Supplier Part Development Coordinator
Job Summary: As a Supplier Part Development Coordinator you will play a crucial role in ensuring that part development requirements are met by acting as a key liaison between suppliers and the Aisin Cross-Functional Team (CFT). You will guide suppliers in process improvements and help them meet Quality Cost and Delivery (QCD) requirements. This role involves comprehensive coordination monitoring and auditing to ensure timely and quality part submissions.
Key Responsibilities:

Work as a coordinator between Supplier & Aisin CFT to meet Part development requirements.

Guide Suppliers for Process improvements and to meet QCD requirements.

Understand 2D drawings engineering standards and conduct feasibility studies.

Review feasibility studies and conduct meetings with suppliers and design teams.

Prepare summaries of SE closure items and confirm closure with suppliers and drawings.

Prepare SPTT milestone schedules in relation to the Master schedule.

Understand customer-specific requirements and incorporate them during feasibility reviews.

Understand different process flows and suggest improvements for QCD.

Guide/prepare micro activity schedules to meet master schedule timelines for parts submission.

Periodically follow up on supplier tooling progress and improvements.

Conduct SPTT audits prepare audit summaries and follow up for closure of observations.

Prepare the Departments monthly MIS presentation.

Prepare PV presentation documents.

Interact with inter-departments for event samples inspection activities and countermeasure of NG points.

Conduct system and process audits.
-
Identify abnormalities and escalate them timely to the management.

Monitor supplier performance and follow up on actions.

Lead supplier improvement actions for development and mass production process concerns.

Guide suppliers on requirements for MSIL VSA & Honda QAV milestone events.

Contribute to the training and development of the team.
