Inside Sales Representative (Hybrid Heredia Costa Rica)
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative for a leading global technology company. This role will focus on driving demand and pipeline through outbound engagement and close collaboration with field sales and marketing teams.
This is a 6 month contract (extension or conversion to FTE possible 40-hour-per-week role. Must work 2 days per week onsite at the clients office in Heredia.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective customers via phone email and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads and sales opportunities.
- Partner with field sales representatives to develop and execute territory and account plans.
- Qualify and nurture inbound leads and convert them into sales-ready opportunities.
- Conduct account and contact research to support targeted outbound campaigns.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM (Salesforce).
- Support follow-up for marketing campaigns webinars events and digital programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing channel and partner teams.
- Track performance metrics and meet or exceed weekly/monthly activity goals.
- Stay current on clients solutions and competitive landscape.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in inside sales or business development at Global Technology companies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience with a CRM system such as Salesforce
- Ability to build rapport with customers and prospects across multiple touchpoints.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for learning.
