Job Description

We are currenlty seeking a Corporate Insolvency Administrator
Job Summary (List Format):- Support the administration of corporate insolvency proceedings including bankruptcies receiverships proposals and CCAA restructurings.
- Assist with case management from initiation through closure.
- Ensure regulatory compliance throughout insolvency processes.
- Prepare and manage legal and financial documentation.
- Communicate with stakeholders including creditors debtors and legal counsel.
- Oversee overall file administration and maintain accurate records.
- Report to the Senior Insolvency Manager or Licensed Insolvency Trustee.
- Contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of insolvency files in a hybrid/remote work environment.
