Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect/ Lead
Juno Beach FL
6-12 months Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled M365 professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing building and deploying innovative solutions using Microsoft 365 applications particularly SharePoint and Teams along with Copilot and Power Platform. This role will involve providing technical guidance strong mentoring team members and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Proficiency:
o Provide technical guidance and expertise on M365 projects including SharePoint Teams Copilot Power Apps Power Automate.
o Serve as the technical lead overseeing project development ensuring adherence to best practices and addressing technical challenges.
o Mentor and guide team members fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
Solution Development:
o Design develop and implement robust and scalable M365 solutions that meet business requirements and align with organizational goals.
o Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements analyze data and propose innovative solutions.
o Ensure adherence to best practices coding standards and security guidelines.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
o Stay up-to-date with the latest M365 technologies and trends.
o Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance solution capabilities.
o Contribute to the development of innovative solutions that drive business value.
