Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Architect

Position Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Architect with over 10 years of expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM applications.
- The ideal candidate will possess both functional and technical proficiency with a strong background in Core HR Talent Management Recruiting and Compensation. This role requires a seasoned professional with consulting experience exceptional customer management skills and the ability to lead teams effectively including offshore teams. Must have experience on migrations to Redwood.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and Implement Oracle Cloud HCM Solutions: Design and deploy comprehensive Oracle Cloud HCM solutions tailored to client needs ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Functional Expertise: Provide deep functional knowledge in Core HR Talent Management Recruiting and Compensation modules guiding clients through best practices and innovative solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilize technical skills to configure customize and support Oracle Cloud HCM applications ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
- Consulting and Client Management: Engage with clients to understand their requirements manage expectations and deliver high-quality consulting services. Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor teams including offshore resources to ensure successful project delivery and adherence to best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud HCM features and industry trends driving continuous improvement and innovation in solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM applications.
- Functional Expertise: Proven expertise in Core HR Talent Management Recruiting and Compensation.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM configuration and customization. Must have experience on migrations to Redwood.
- Consulting Experience: Extensive consulting experience with a track record of managing customer relationships and expectations.
- Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor teams including offshore resources.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to clients and team members.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Preferred Skills:
- Presales Activities : Demonstrated experience in managing RFP RFI and ROM processes.
- SOW Management: Experience in developing and managing Statements of Work.
