DS Technologies Inc is looking for Business Analyst role for one of our premier clients.

Job Title: Business Analyst (Mid-Level)
Location:
Los Angeles CA (Hybrid 4 days onsite)

Overview:
Universal Music Group (UMG) is seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in release planning and change management to support the rollout of next-generation internal systems. This role focuses on enabling effective adoption of release planning tools and enhancing the overall technology transformation journey across global music labels.

Position:
Duration: 12 months
Employment Type: Contract (C2C)
Work Authorization: USC GC H1 Visa
Work Model: Hybrid (4 days onsite per week in LA)

Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end change management strategy for release planning tools
Conduct demos onboarding and tutorials for business stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver solutions
Serve as a product expert and trusted advisor to internal users
Develop communication plans and stakeholder engagement materials
Conduct change impact assessments and create supporting artifacts
Embed change initiatives through effective reinforcement strategies
Support the product owner in prioritization and user story alignment

Requirement Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Psychology IT or related field
Experience in software delivery client success or user research
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Prior exposure to systems integration and software development practices
Familiarity with Agile Scrum or XP methodologies
Experience with global or large-scale technology transformation projects
Business process modeling and user experience knowledge
Bonus: Experience in the music or entertainment industry

Additional Information:
Must be local or willing to relocate to LA
Immediate availability preferred
Strong demo/training skills are a must

Should be proactive adaptable and effective in a fast-paced creative environment
