Job Description
Job: Data Analyst Specialist (SAS & Power BI)
Location: Raleigh NC 27601 (Hybrid)
Duration: 1 year with possible extension
Expected Skills: Able to work without assistance; can provide leadership to others; able to manage complex work efforts; may have advanced education; may have deep industry experience.
Description (including but not limited to):
- Guidance and leadership in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms beyond that of a Developer / Programmer
- Understanding and knowledge of application development and architecture that serves as a strong base for technical expertise in a specific product or program
- Analysis visual design development data analysis testing and implementation technical and user documentation software conversions maintenance (including production support) etc.
Quality Improvement Expertise:
- Proven experience in quality improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma Lean) and their application in healthcare or h Required 3 Years
- Agile Development Knowledge: Strong understanding of Agile principles with practical experience in applying them to health IT system development. Required 3 Years
- Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in SAS programming and Power BI for creating data visualizations dashboards and reports. Required 3 Years
- Program Evaluation & Research Methodology: Experience in program evaluation including designing surveys developing focus group facilitation strategi Required 3 Years
- Communication & Presentation Skills: Strong ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and present findings to both technical and non Required 3 Years
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Ability to work closely with various teams (provider engagement operations analytics) and stakeholders to align quality im Required 3 Years
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery of quality outcomes. Required 3 Years
- Population Health Analysis: Understanding of population health concepts and how health data can be leveraged to derive insights that inform clinical Required 3 Years
