Job Title: Agile Scrum Master Lead
Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master Lead to guide and support agile teams ensuring efficient delivery and continuous improvement.
Years of Experience Needed: 8 years
Technical Skills:
Monitoring and improving the scrum process and project progress; helping solve impediments in the development process
Coaching the scrum team to apply appropriate processes to create successful products
Fostering self-organization and a collaborative scrum team; shielding the team from outside distractions to maintain focus on agreed sprint goals
Ensuring scrum principles and approaches are understood correctly by the development team and stakeholders; maximizing performance
Experience in Agile methodologies
Experience leading scrum teams
Strong project management skills
Strong technical background
Strong knowledge in people management
Strong experience in client-facing roles and delivery management
Certifications Needed:
CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) or PSM (Professional Scrum Master) certification
