Your Role: As an Automotive Service Technician you will:

  • Efficiently perform repair work as specified on orders adhering to dealership standards.
  • Test-drive vehicles and diagnose issues using advanced tools and equipment.
  • Maintain and repair automotive systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes air conditioning etc.
  • Communicate with Service Advisors to keep customers informed about additional services and provide time estimates for additional repairs.
  • Conduct warranty repairs in compliance with manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience as a Service Technician (preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent with ASE Certification mandatory.
  • Proficient in A and B level qualifications including Diagnostic Electrical and Engine Repair.
  • Steady hand excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills with proficiency in electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and basic computer knowledge.
  • Positive and friendly attitude with a keenness to learn and improve.
  • Team player with effective collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to adapt to new technologies and repair/service procedures.
  • Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
