Your Role: As an Automotive Service Technician you will:
- Efficiently perform repair work as specified on orders adhering to dealership standards.
- Test-drive vehicles and diagnose issues using advanced tools and equipment.
- Maintain and repair automotive systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes air conditioning etc.
- Communicate with Service Advisors to keep customers informed about additional services and provide time estimates for additional repairs.
- Conduct warranty repairs in compliance with manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as a Service Technician (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent with ASE Certification mandatory.
- Proficient in A and B level qualifications including Diagnostic Electrical and Engine Repair.
- Steady hand excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills with proficiency in electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer knowledge.
- Positive and friendly attitude with a keenness to learn and improve.
- Team player with effective collaboration skills.
- Willingness to adapt to new technologies and repair/service procedures.
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
