Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Content Center Subject Matter Expert (SME) with extensive experience in migrating on-premises systems to cloud environments and expertise in Avaya solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing cloud migration strategies managing data center infrastructure and providing technical support to ensure seamless transitions and optimized operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cloud Migration Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for migrating on-premises systems to cloud environments ensuring minimal impact on business operations. Define deployment strategies and roadmaps for data centers.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management and optimization of data center infrastructure leveraging tools for comprehensive visibility and planning.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support for Avaya systems including migration strategies and support contract management.
- Project Management: Lead cloud migration projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions including workshops and briefings on cloud migration and data center management.
Key Skills:
- Cloud Technologies: Proficiency in cloud platforms and services with the ability to leverage cloud-based solutions for data centers.
- Avaya Expertise: Expertise in Avaya technologies and the ability to integrate these solutions into existing IT environments.
- Technical Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data center operations.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills to oversee cloud migration projects.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills to support clients throughout the migration process and ensure their ongoing satisfaction with the solutions provided.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in data center management and cloud migration.
- Proven experience with Avaya solutions.
