Job Description

Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Supervisor on the 2nd shift to oversee and coordinate maintenance activities at our state-of-the art bottling facility in Milwaukee WI. This hands-on hourly role is responsible for supervising maintenance staff ensuring equipment reliability minimizing downtime and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and schedule daily activities of the maintenance team
  • Oversee routine inspections troubleshooting and repairs of machinery equipment and facility systems
  • Monitor and manage maintenance logs work orders and preventive maintenance schedules
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate with production and engineering teams to plan maintenance around operational needs
  • Train and mentor maintenance staff on technical skills and safety procedures
  • Maintain inventory of tools parts and supplies; coordinate with vendors when necessary
  • Report equipment failures and major issues to upper management promptly
  • Support continuous improvement efforts in plant reliability and maintenance process
Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly Pay
  • Potential monthly bonus up to 5% of total monthly earnings

  • $2k -$10k signing bonus based on experience level
Schedule
  • Monday to Thursday: 3 pm to 1:30 am (Four-day work week with weekends off)
  • Regular voluntary Over Time available
Requirements
  • Proven Experience (5 years) in industrial maintenance preferably in a production bottling or manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience required
  • Working knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems preferred
  • Familiarity with production machinery electrical systems pneumatics and hydraulics
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. work in various environments and respond to after-hours emergencies if required.
