Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the collection of outstanding invoices in a timely manner
- Prepare intent to liens on outstanding jobs each 15th of the month
- Work together with Sales and Accounts Receivable to maintain positive client relationships
- Prepare frequent reports on payment collections for sales managers
- Run credit checks on all prospective clients
