This schedule is Every Thursday & Friday 4:30P-4:30A & every other Sat/Sun: 6:30P-7A Overview: Produces computerized tomography images of designated anatomical areas as ordered/directed by a licensed physician according to established practices and procedures. Contract Length: Varies Specialty: Min 2 year exp. Weekend/schedule: Every other Holiday: every other RTO: no more than 3 days Emergency Room exp. Preferred Scrubs: Black Education & Experience: Accredited program in Radiologic Technology and training in Computerized Assisted Tomography required. 1 - 2 years as a staff Radiologic Technologist and previous C.T. experience preferred. Certification/Licensure: New Jersey DEP license required. ARRT required. CT certification required or attained within 6 months of hire. CPR certified. BLS (AHA) IV certification required within 90 days of hire. Knowledge & Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. If they try to reschedule or miss a class they will not be able to complete their assignment. POCT class is scheduled for the 2nd or 3rd week of the assignment. Please ensure your worker has their POCT class date and remembers to attend. Email- scheduling an ID Badge appointment and review policy/procedure. a. The ID badge is very important to obtain prior to their Orientation Shift. This is how the candidate clocks in and out which is how invoicing/billing occurs! *Workers must be available for the full 7 days of their first week for Orientation.
