Job Description

Job Title: Inspection Coordination Services

Location: Houston Texas

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

  • Understand levels of equipment criticalities intervention points and inspection and test plan per portfolio level and projects contract/PO requirements.
  • Interpret project inspection needs from package leads and source third party verification and validation activities with Shell Enterprise Framework Agreement (EFA) suppliers.
  • Collect candidate inspectors from EFA suppliers ensure the rate and terms and conditions submitted by the EFA supplier are correct per the EFA global rate and contract.
  • Collect and provide all data documentation and third-party charge code to the inspectors EFA coordinator/project manager prior to the start of inspection.
  • Set up inspection assignments in the Shell Quality Intelligence (SQI) database for inspection report distribution. Add inspector and project team members to SQI as required.
  • Ensure Notice of Inspections (NOIs) are sent by Suppliers/Contractors to comply with the specified advance notification window per Contract/PO requirements.
  • Close out inspection assignments in SQI once all inspection points are complete.
  • Close out inspector assignments in IQN for non-regular inspectors.
