Job Description
Job Title: Procurement Professionals
Location: Sidney OH
Job Description:
- Having working experience with CPG/FMCG/Chemical manufacturing industry
- Exposure to Procurement Process & cycle for both Pre-Ordering & Post Ordering activities
- Involved in finalization of Vendors Contractors of all the disciplines.
- Exploring new suppliers Technical Bid Tabulation Commercial Bid evaluation Tabulation & Recommendation
- Evaluation of new and existing suppliers and subcontractors and negotiate with them.
- Monitor market trends and price fluctuations in construction and utility materials.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and generate reports for senior management.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.
- Monitor project cost closely and inform the Project Manager/ADM about areas of concern.
- Candidates from Engineering consultancy & EPC projects background will be preferred
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Tracking of POs Coordinate/issue POs track material and services
- Receive and log incoming materials.
- Initiate order supplements.
- Should have overall project experience of start to end project cycle
- Hands on Experience in Change Management Contracts Rate analysis Delay Analysis.
- Hand on Experience on E Portals like SAP Ariba Coupa & E Auction tools.
Educational Qualification:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
