Job Description
Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager
Location: Irving Texas
We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager with strong experience in API integration and retail industry implementations particularly with SAAS-based platforms.
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage end-to-end technical delivery for SAAS-based implementations across retail systems.

Lead integrations between critical platforms such as POS delivery logistics and inventory systems.

Oversee deployment of platforms (Digital 7Boss 7GT) across international markets.

Coordinate and execute phased rollouts-full 7GT deployments typically take 7-8 months.

Support modular rollouts (Digital or 7Boss alone) and manage their integration with clients existing platforms.

Ensure allocation integration post-contract with accurate syncing of retail application data (e.g. product info pricing).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product engineering client teams) to ensure smooth project delivery.

5 years of experience in a Technical Delivery Manager or similar role.

Proven expertise in API integrations and system interoperability in the retail domain.

Hands-on experience with SAAS-based implementations.

Strong understanding of retail operations including POS systems logistics and supply chain data flows.

Ability to manage client-facing projects and maintain stakeholder communication.

Experience handling global deployments and phased rollouts of enterprise platforms.

Previous experience working withsystems (Digital 7Boss 7GT).

Knowledge of retail product catalog management and data consistency across platforms.

Strong problem-solving leadership and communication skills.
