Job Description
Must to Have
At least 5 years of program management experience leading multiple teams development
POC and support teams
Experience Coordinating with teams from multiple vendors for impact analysis project delivery
& release alignment to achieve successful product releases
Understanding of tools like Jira MS Project MS Visio
Excellent Analytical interpersonal and Communication skills will be a plus
Good understanding of project planning organizing staff and stake holders estimations
project control and implementation.
Program Lead will be responsible for
Establishing project plans tasks resources and ownership to ensure timelines are met.
Implement best practices and methodologies for project management.
Creating a robust project management plan including schedule resource management
(through appropriate areas) and budget management
Proactively work to remove project obstacles identify and manage issue escalations and
provide support to teams balancing competing priorities
Managing operational activities
Leading cross-functional teams
Strong stakeholder engagement
Manage project risks issues and changes effectively
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Ensure project documentation and reporting are accurate and up-to-date.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Experience working with Offshore Onsite model
