Job Description
- The position will be aligned with the IT Program management and will Lead and IT workstream.
- They would like someone with M&A experience but do not have to have airline experience
- This person should be able to hit the ground running and should have a consultative approach to asking lot of questions and getting answers
- It will be onsight/hybrid with 3 days in their office (Near the Pyramids)
- They will be working across not only IT but the business as well
- Domain Managers
- IT Directors
- Business Partners
- The person should be insightful ensuring that all pertinent questions are being addressed as well as following up to ensure the project is updated with the information.
- The person should have preferably Security and Infra experience in their background but will be working with the Airline platforms for the Merger
- Examples: Scheduling Dispatch Maintenance ERP etc.
- While the program will be more Traditional in nature there will be some light agile principles (there will be planning sessions that look like PI Planning)
- Jira & Epics
- Integration experience is a plus as there will be lots of integrations changing.
