Java Prompt engineering LLM integrations API Web services LCNC platform exposure NLU / NLP model implementation
- Experience with Conversational AI projects Intent identification and LLM development with Strong expertise in developing conversational AI applications (chatbots IVR systems virtual assistants).
- Proficiency in integrating AI solutions with RESTful APIs and external services web services data retrieval and integrations with conversational AI platforms frameworks and tools.
- Build and refine chatbots virtual assistants and IVR systems that provide intuitive and effective user interactions.
-Experience with Generative AI models and fine-tune LLM-based conversations for high-quality context-aware interactions.
- Develop and optimize natural language understanding (NLU) and processing (NLP) models to improve accuracy and user intent identification.
-Good to have knowledge in KORE AI as current IVRs are build in KORE AI platform and integrations required with KORE AI.
