Experience of ServiceNow products including Customer Service Management (CSM)
5 years of agile development and business analysis or product owner experience
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
Strong work ethic analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail when risks or issues arise.
Ability to prioritize tasks and deliverables
Ability to understand current technical architecture and designs.
Ability to influence and work with others to achieve results
