ROLE OVERVIEW:

This role is a dynamic hands-on position that engages directly with athletes staff and the community to deliver the 5 Tool Prospects experience. From leading youth training sessions to coaching on the field during practices and tournaments youll play a key role in shaping young athletes and fostering a love for baseball.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and execute training programs or support activities tailored to athletes skill levels from competitive club teams to developmental squads.
• Lead or assist in practice sessions emphasizing fundamentals skill growth teamwork and enjoyment.
• Provide personalized coaching or support to meet each athletes unique needs.
• Conduct player assessments offering constructive feedback to boost performance.
• Organize or contribute to team meetings strategy sessions and community events.
• Maintain a safe welcoming environment by adhering to safety protocols.
• Foster a positive inclusive atmosphere that promotes growth fun and success.
• Use creative approaches to ensure consistent progress and engagement.
• Collaborate with coaches staff and community members to coordinate schedules events and competitions.
• Build strong relationships with players parents and the community to elevate the program.
