Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Service Account Assistant to support our account management team in ensuring smooth client operations and high service satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining client records assisting with daily account tasks and supporting communication between internal teams and external clients.
Responsibilities
Assist account managers in the daily oversight of client accounts
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all service accounts
Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client requests and service needs
Prepare service reports and account updates for review
Respond to client inquiries and escalate concerns when necessary
Track service metrics and support account performance analysis
Help implement improvements in service processes and client communication
