We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Communications Agent to join our Houston-based team. In this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for client communications assist in developing internal and external messaging strategies and ensure all communications align with company standards and goals.
Responsibilities
Manage and respond to incoming client communications via email and phone
Draft edit and distribute clear and professional internal and external messages
Coordinate with departments to ensure message consistency and alignment
Track and report on communication effectiveness and feedback
Assist in the preparation of company documents memos and reports
Support the execution of communication plans during campaigns and projects
Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional communication standards
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Business English or related field
13 years of experience in a communications or client-facing role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism and discretion
