We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Call Center Agent to join our team in Birmingham AL. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls provide product and service information and resolve customer issues with efficiency and empathy. Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally.

  • Assist customers with inquiries complaints and technical issues.

  • Document call information accurately in the system.

  • Follow communication scripts and procedures.

  • Provide accurate valid and complete information to clients.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

  • Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

  • Proficient with computers and basic software systems.

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts if needed.
