Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our team in Orlando FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing internal and external communication strategies supporting branding efforts and ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. This role plays a key part in keeping our teams and stakeholders informed engaged and aligned with the companys vision.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage internal communications to ensure consistency and clarity across departments
Assist in drafting editing and distributing company announcements press releases and newsletters
Collaborate with department leads to align messaging and support cross-functional communication initiatives
Organize and support company meetings presentations and events
Maintain internal documentation and communication calendars
Monitor communication effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement
Uphold brand standards and ensure consistent voice and tone
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field
1-3 years of experience in a communications or coordination role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
