Key Responsibilities:
- HR Query Resolution & Employee Experience: Handle employee inquiries efficiently ensuring prompt resolutions that enhance employee satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain proactive and transparent interactions with employees leadership and HR teams to improve satisfaction on Guru queries.
- Policy Interpretation & Guidance: Provide clear explanations of HR policies and processes to employees while maintaining compliance.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Identify recurring issues in HR queries and implement long-term solutions to improve employee support.
- Knowledge Management Review: Assess and refine internal HR knowledge repositories (e.g.: FAQs Canned Responses BOT responses) to improve accessibility and usability for employees.
- Indirect Team Leadership: Monitor performance metrics deliver constructive feedback and foster continuous improvement. Provide support and guidance to indirect reportees ensuring efficiency in query resolution.
- Process Optimization: Continuously suggest improvements in GURU for HR query-handling workflows to provide better responses & reduce resolution time.
- SLA Compliance & Escalation Handling: Ensure queries are managed within SLA timelines while addressing escalations effectively.
- Employee Engagement Insights: Leverage data from queries and feedback to proactively improve HR policies & Processes for employee satisfaction.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in HR Query Management Systems with a focus on employee experience and support.
- Strong Policy Interpretation & RCA Techniques to diagnose and resolve employee concerns effectively.
- Experience in Knowledge Management for optimizing HR information accessibility and usability.
- Proven Stakeholder & Employee Relationship Management to enhance communication and engagement.
- Ability to Handle Indirect Reportees with leadership skills to ensure effective HR service delivery.
- Process Improvement & Analytical Thinking to refine employee support strategies.
- Excellent Communication & Problem-Solving Skills with a strong employee-centred approach.
- Ability to Work Independently and drive closure efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in HR Operations or employee query management (preferred 5 years).
