Enterprise Content Management Implementations Sr Professional IIWhat does a successful Enterprise Content Management Implementations Sr Professional II do at Fiserv
As an Enterprise Content Management Implementations Sr Professional II you will be a key contributor in the Implementations organization working directly with clients managing all or part of ECM conversions upgrades migrations and add-ons for multiple ECM products.
You will be engaged in the project from beginning to end playing a key role in participating in Discovery Data Spec Review System Configuration Testing Project Management & Implementation. You will be involved in planning coordinating and managing all activities involved in their assigned functional workstream areas required by the client.
What you will do:
- Manage all aspects of your assigned workstreams from beginning to end developing project plans consulting with clients on solutions managing key deliverables and reporting on issues risks and status
- Set up and customize the various ECM products and services selected by the client ensuring an end-to-end quality integration
- Ensure custom development is delivered as required for the client
- Help drive resolution of issues through problem solving identification of necessary resources and escalation
What you will need to have:
- 6 years of experience in multiple ECM products (Nautilus Director OnBase) along with understanding of database structures in each
- 6 years of experience in implementing and troubleshooting software
- 6 years of experience in a client facing role
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field or an equivalent combination of education military and work experience
What would be great to have:
- Experience with and knowledge of Fiserv platforms and products/services
- Experience in financial services banking and/or fintech industries
