Job Description
We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner to deliver in-home wound care services across the Greater Lakewood area. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and motivated NP to join a fast-growing healthcare organization focused on improving patient outcomes in a home-based setting.
The ideal candidate is licensed dependable and comfortable traveling throughout Ocean County. Prior wound care experience is a plus but not requiredcomprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide wound care services in patients homes
- Travel to patient visits within Ocean County
- Document visits and communicate with care teams
- Collaborate with physicians and support staff to ensure high-quality care
Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in NJ
- Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
- Reliable transportation (car required)
- Willingness to travel and work independently
- Wound care experience preferred but not required
Location: Greater Lakewood Area (Ocean County NJ)
Type: Full-time
Salary: $150000$170000/year
