Job Description

REQUIREMENT:
IT Support Technician- A certification
Broward County Florida (Onsite)---Locals Only
3 References from the recent projects is must.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience with Apple products in an enterprise environment
Familiarity with Active Directory Azure and Office 365
Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills
Completed A certification (at any point in their technical career)

Preferred:

Experience working in a law enforcement or public safety environment
Shift flexibility including evening shift availability
Comfortable working around employees who carry firearms
Current valid certifications (A and others)

Specific Skills:

Apple device support in an enterprise setting
Windows 10/11 support and troubleshooting
Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure
Microsoft Office 365 support
Certifications (preferably A)
