Summary
Leads all new construction and remodeling projects for designated areas within the Sanford organization.Job Description
Oversees all phases in the project life cycle including pre-design programming design construction and occupancy phases. Effectively communicates and advises end-users on project scope schedule and budget reviewing designs equipment specifications/substitutions purchasing and accounting procedures. Reviews contractor and architectural drawings for code compliance as well as Sanford design standards involving regulatory bodies requirements i.e. City State International Building Code (IBC) National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and in some areas Joint Commission (TJC). Responsible for maintaining compliance with safety asbestos infection control and other applicable policies. Demonstrates familiarity with electrical/mechanical systems. May also oversee contractors within the project. Develops and designs feasibility studies for review. Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts practices and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Qualifications
