Job Description

McCluskey Chevrolet is seeking a results-driven and customer-focusedCommercial Automotive Fleet Sales Manager to lead our commercial vehicle sales division. This role is responsible for managing a team of sales professionals developing fleet and business-to-business relationships and driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the commercial sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business clients government agencies and fleet buyers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and create tailored vehicle solutions for commercial clients.
  • Oversee the ordering inventory and delivery of commercial vehicles.
  • Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay current on commercial vehicle trends incentives and manufacturer programs.
  • Train and mentor sales staff on commercial product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • 35 years of experience in automotive sales with at least 2 years in a commercial or fleet sales role.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of commercial vehicle products upfitting and fleet operations.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
  • Experience working with GM Fleet programs or other OEM commercial programs.
  • Knowledge of local business markets and commercial vehicle financing options.
