Job Description

Building Name: Porter - Helen Porter Nursing Home

Location Address: 30 Porter Drive Middlebury Vermont

Regular

Department: Porter - Helen Porter Nursing Home - Activities

Full Time

Standard Hours: 37.5

Biweekly Scheduled Hours: 40

Shift: Day/Eve-8-10Hr

Primary Shift: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Weekend Needs: Other

Salary Range: Min $20.00 Mid $24.86 Max $29.72

Job Description
Provides for an ongoing program of activities and engagement designed to meet the special interests and the physical mental and psychosocial well-being of residents with identified memory impairments and special needs related to their clinical diagnosis.

Education/Experience
Experience working with the elderly and specifically within the healthcare field preferred but not required. High School Diploma required.

This is a bargaining union position.
