Bustos Capital is a growing and dynamic privately owned real estate-based portfolio and we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Property Manager to work hand-in-hand with the Regional Manager providing essential support across all aspects of property management related to residential self-storage and commercial complexes. In this role youll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our properties.

Monday Friday 9 AM 5:30 PM

- Being the primary point of contact for tenants addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive living experience.
- Overseeing property maintenance coordinating repairs and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Assisting with tenant onboarding lease agreements and managing lease renewals.
- Supporting rent collection processing invoices and assisting with budget management.
- Ensuring all properties adhere to relevant regulations and company policies.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Regional Manager including report generation and schedule management.
- Resolve tenant complaints to satisfaction and in accordance with our high-quality property standards.
- Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate them into marketing campaigns to help increase lease numbers.
- Crosstrain and provide support for the team when needed.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in property management.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word and Outlook).
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the US.
- Residing in Salt Lake County is highly preferred for this role.
- A clean criminal background is required.
- Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Candidate should be able to walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of their time in outdoor environments including opening large roll-up doors.
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for 8 hours per day.
- Wearing the required uniform and respecting the company dress code.
