Job Description
ConnectUs is growing and were looking for a driven Account Manager to serve as a trusted partner to our existing clients. In this role youll be responsible for managing client expectations ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities to grow accounts in collaboration with our sales team.
What Youll Do:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
- Manage day-to-day client communications and proactively address concerns
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and ensure smooth handoffs
- Monitor account performance and ensure deliverables meet client expectations
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal teams
- Work to resolve client issues quickly and effectively
